About Bengaluru

Bengaluru is a diverse city with newer neighbourhoods (previous suburbs) spreading out in gridiron patterns to the north and south, with many parks and broad streets covering the length and breadth of the city. While exploring the city, travellers come across a key military area immediately to the southeast of the Bengaluru city centre. As of 2007, Bengaluru’s outlying areas with significant green spaces and agriculture have come within the city’s boundaries.
