We had wonderful stay at Alaya Resort. The rooms were well ventilated, spacious and were equipped with amenities for harsh winter weather. Staff was courteous, helpful and approachable. We were a big group and they were able to meet all our requests, even at odd hours. We were served a lavish menu and the each item tasted superb. Icing on the cake was traditional food that was served in each menu. The resort was so mindful to treat us with their 'Tandoori Chai' as a welcome and farewell drink. We would highly recommend the resort if you want to create beautiful memories.

Mostly I’ve only written negative feedback, but for the first time in life, I am going to write a positive feedback because I really felt impressed. So this review comes from within. I have travelled a lot and stayed at various places experienced a lot of hotel and resort stays. However, this is a unique one. The hotel staff, the chef the manager, everybody is very very courteous. I haven’t felt that I was a guest there but felt like a family member who is being taken care of every minute of the day.. we went there to celebrate a birthday and the chef took care of a special request and made a wonderful cake within minutes. Chef Sanjay Bisht is always on his toes asking what we will eat and how was the food? The housekeeping staff and the manager is also very friendly and courteous. Same goes for the restaurant staff. I must say this was the best stay so far. I highly recommend Alaya once at Least to experience this for yourself.

Staying at Alaya Resort is a serene experience. The location offers a feeling of being surrounded by lush forest. The service and housekeeping staff are helpful and efficient. The rooms are spacious and well-lit.

The experience I had at this resort was one of the best I have ever had. The rooms were clean, spacious and super comfortable. Food here is amazing. Staff here is also friendly and polite, plus it's also a pet-friendly property. And special thanks to our guide Gopal Pandey for making our stay even more memorable, he took us for a nature walk early morning, which was the most amazing experience for me. He is truly a nature expert and a humble person. Special thanks to him.
