The rooms were small but cozy. The food was average. Room service should be improved. The staff and owner were helpful and well mannered. It's 2km away from MG Market.

1.Rooms were not cleaned when we checkin.Even after repeated request they have not cleaned rooms. 2.Toilet smelling like hell and found many uncleaned stains on commode. 3.Toilet window is having transparent glass. 4.They were not agreed for complimentery breakfast even though it was written in our booking.After so much arguments with them,finally they agreed. 5.Hotel located down from MG marg.so it is not walkable and you have to hire cab and cab charges around 250rs. 6.No wifi coverage in room. 7.Tv for display only.No DTH or Dish connection. 8.Dining rooms maintenance was very poor. 9.Room telephone was not working to speak with reception.Every time you need to reception for any requirement. 10.If they maintain cleanliness ,hygienic dining and responsive and good behaviour staff then only it can be recommended else this hotel doesn't deserve even single point.

Do not book this hotel even if it's your last option. They harass you even when you pay in advance. I booked a room for 3 days through Agoda, they denied check-in saying that the property price is increased. And asked me to cancel the booking (Amount was fully paid)and pay in cash.They did not gave us the room , we were constantly trying to get it cancelled from Agoda which took a really long time. For 2hrs we waited at the reception counter asking to give the room. Finally they agreed to give a room 1) unhygienic rooms, stains on the bedsheet 2)hairs in the bathroom, on asking to clean they will reply hairs are natural so it will be there. 3)no toiletries,no towel,basically they don't give anything in the room 4)used room are been given, table will have food spills all over it. 5) No contact number has been provided to establish a contact with the property.

🚨🚨❌️❌️Have booked this hotel through OYO! Faced big trouble. The receptionist were so speechless that she can't move a pen without owner's command. We reach that place at late night but they did not checked us in. We've booked through OYO and lower price and they told that cancel the booking and pay us directly that too 25% higher. We struggled that night alot because of these people.
