My recent stay at the Dwarka hotel was marred by an exceptionally unpleasant encounter with the staff, specifically a team member who wore glasses. This individual's behavior was not only unfriendly but outright rude and disrespectful. Throughout my stay, there were constant arguments over the timing and cost of services, but the situation escalated when I interacted with the staff member in question. Their attitude was beyond acceptable standards, leaving me thoroughly disappointed. To my disbelief, when I expressed my dissatisfaction and decided to leave the hotel, the staff member with glasses took the rudeness to another level by tearing up our identity Xerox copies right in front of us. This appalling behavior was completely unprofessional and left an indelibly negative impression on my overall experience. The entire episode was a disheartening display of disrespect, and coupled with the already subpar service and exorbitant costs, I can't stress enough how terrible my stay was. I strongly caution prospective guests to think twice before choosing this hotel, especially considering the disrespectful behavior of the staff member with glasses.

Recenty visited the hotel for stay but there staff was not friendly if they told me 800rs flor 4 hr stay and i request them to take less than of it but they start arguing and disrespect the customer specially that man with glasses which speak with me harshly and i feel uncomfortable then i decide to leave then they torn up Xerox of mine which disrespectful for me . Worst experience ever i recommend think twice before chossing to stay there !

Exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff's attention to detail was truly remarkable. A five-star experience from start to finish. Breathing views from my room's balcony. Waking up to that scenery was a dream come true. A romantic gateway. The candlelit dinners by the poolside were a highlight of our stay.
