Wish I could rate negative. Room was big with two bathrooms - in one the toilet did not flush and in the other the basin does not have water tap. The dirtiest hotel I have ever encountered. The bedsheets were stained with food spill. The mattress was poked. There was literally dust and hair under the blankets. Room service for one pate noidle took nearly an hour. The overnight manager at the counter does not seem to be well informed of the guests' bills etc. Only good service was taxi to airport.

Best experience at this hotel in Mahipalpur. Room was good, bright, comfortable, convenient, clean. Washroom is spacious and clean too. The staff is fast, punctual, friendly and trustworthy. Food is delicious and home-like. Will definitely book here again!!!💖

Great location to the airport, staff were very friendly but the rooms were awful. Pillow cases were dirty, we had to ask them to change it. Intermittent running water, no phone in the room to call reception so we had to keep going downstairs to ask for help. Had to leave early for a flight and no water. They offered for us to shower on a different floor but there was no time. The rooms overall felt dirty and unclean.
