We booked this hotel through Fab Hotels and we got assurance from them that they will give road side view room with breakfast included as well as services like dining room but they didn’t. They gave me worst possible room of that hotel location and room size was very small than what was assured and the room window was facing a building next to it with no proper air and ventilation. Room looked like basement on ground floor. They don’t serve on their promises, never book through fab hotels and Sky Vista, worst possible experience . NEVER EVER BOOKING AGAIN.

I has a bad experience with fab hotel sky Vista, I stayed there by booking in booking. Com later while leaving they didn't provide the bill. Upon reaching them multiple times they cancelled my stay in booking. Com and I was stuck with no bill. I lost 5000 in my office for not having bill worst staff and worst hotel. Horrible experience.

I recently visited this place, and the rooms were okay. I mistakenly left my earpod in the hotel room and after that we tried to get in touch with them but there was no proper response from them.

Oh boy, where to start! Firstly, the pictures they advertise online are not the rooms they provide. The rooms are at the back and they are beyond filthy. Rooms were not cleaned and I will not even mention the filth in the washroom. Services are poor with the watchman, receptionist and staff either drunk or low IQ. I am not sure if the owner is insane or just plain stupid to advertise such a property to customers, I wouldn’t park my dog here. The only one star I’d give this place is for the location but then again, you don’t get the front facing rooms as advertised! Terrible stay, terrible staff and terrible service. Avoid at all costs!!
