Start with only one thing, please also clean the paintings on the wall inside the room, it had a lot of moss on it and a lot of dust on the furniture. Otherwise floor and washroom was clean. Very nice room service. Stay was comfortable. Because it's location in one of the prime area, one has to face a lot of traffic ,noise, people shouting and a lot of garbage to reach hotel. But once you enter the lane, all is good.

The hotel has a homely feel. Highly recommended for anyone coming alone or as a family or girls (feels very safe and comfortable). The staff and manager is amazing and do everything possible to make your stay worth it and memorable. Rooms are clean and facilities provided are truly 5 star. Food is provided till 11 pm and the tea is great as well. All in all. You should checkin the moment you feel lost being in a new city and they'll make it like a cakewalk for you. :)
