We developed it here on January 16th. We had booked the room online. When we got the online call to confirm the booking, we asked for a photo. He refused to give us the pictures. Told to check online and when we checked online, the room was very good and we booked it, we had also paid in advance. The room was far away from Nainital. We did not know this and we went so far. When we reached there and took the room, the room was very dirty. That we left there within an hour and then took another room. Whoever comes here should check the room carefully before taking the money and then paying, otherwise I have never seen such a useless room.

Worst Hotel and if you have booking then also they send you on another property which is far away & worst rooms. So I think they cheat people by taking booking . So guys there are many Hotel. So avoid to go to the MOON HOTEL.

FRAUD---- FRAUD--- FRAUD---- FRAUD Third class hotel with 3 star pricing. They dont have even basic things like Geyser, Wifi so save ur money. Once u book they will ask for money in advance and once to reach they will say we dont know who have said you that all the things are there. So GUYS PLEASE SAVE MONEY.
