Bad service. Check-in time was 12pm but we got the room by 4pm and the reason was previous guest had extended the stay. We had to keep waiting for 4 hours for them to vacant the room. Hotel authority was doing nothing to vacate it. No cooperation to us till then. Soaps, towels, water heating cattle were unavailable in the room. Balcony was there but totally dirty and was not cleaned.

Rooms are good I agree with that. The location is perfect but staff in the hotel they play very smartly. If they find anyone who had paid half amount, they take advantage and while checking in he some how manages to increase price and after that he starts shouting very loudly which makes really bad in front of everyone. So, we have to pay a bit extra for him apart from the price in oyo. If anyone is okay for paying extra then room is good. But dont argue with the management they are very rude. If you come with ladies its better not to take her while conversation aboug payment.

very bad .. they scammed with me. They didn't even said on call OYO service is not available anymore... They charged double from me.. Very bad experience in this hotel... Location & area is great..

Extremely Poor and Pathetic Hotel & staff. Staff over here is extremely Rude, owner and staff tend to cheat people of their money. I had book 1 room and had paid the money online. Still the staff was saying to pay additional money and was denying me to check in the hotel. Staff and owner not only argued with me but also didn’t let me check in and denied to return the paid money. Customer care took 3-4 hours to resolve this issue, when customer care talked with Hotel Owner he said that he will allow the check in and will not charge additional money. But after this I asked for room keys they said to pay and then only they will give the room. Staff and owner was extremely arrogant and rude in behavior. Not at all recommended to use this hotel. Will ask online companies to terminate their contract so that they won’t be able to cheat more money from anyone else.
