Rooms: Heater not working properly and not provide remote for TV. Wash basin tap are not working when I stayed time. Service: Swimming pool access is limited up to 8.30pm. Location: Car parking available in opposite side of building in open parking, its safety for parking. we can't access the gate at any time during stay. There is no security person for night time for access the gate. Beach view not possible.

Beginning with finding the property it was very difficult, the rooms lacked clarity and had strong odors coming from the pillow and bed sheet covers. We came to Pondy to relax and have fun, but the electricity was down the entire night, and nobody on staff responded properly. They merely informed us that the Gen set wasn't functional. Even though this accommodation was less expensive, they still had to do their best.

One of the worst experience with this hotel, beginning with unclean room , not working AC , dust in cupboard, dirty linens and bedsheet , argument with the front desk to get it cleaned wasted our one entire day of trip, at the end It killed our mood . Worst customer service by treebo instead of providing solution kept us giving lame excuses and buying time multiple calls . Vacation should be for relaxation not for getting hotel rooms cleaned.. Strongly recommend do not opt for this hotel No power for 3-4 hours , no backup spent Sunday in pitch dark

Me and my friends recently had the misfortune of staying here, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I can't even find the right words to describe the level of disappointment we felt during my stay. From filthy bed sheets and towels to a late and lackluster breakfast, this hotel failed in every aspect of providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. In short, - No matter when you are reaching, you will have to wait for check-in - No lift in the property - It is a known fact that there is power cut on weekends and hotel don’t have generator and in case there is power cut: No AC - No cleaning of the rooms and balcony till 10 AM in the morning - Breakfast time is 8:30 AM but you will not get it by 10:00 AM (all your early morning plans will go in vein) - Even if you complain about anything it will take forever to get resolved - In amenities, swimming pool is mentioned but there are extra charges to access it. If this is in short, you can imagine how horrible our stay was.
