Beware of the owners of this property. They will loot you by convincing you to book hotel by paying them directly. I have booked one hotel in Nainital through them. They have taken booking amount from me and booked the hotel at remote location in Nainital. Now when I asked for the refund they are not picking up my calls. They are totally fraud.. beware of them.

This is a 3rd class hotel. After booking from yatra they had cancelled my booking. I had stand for 2 hours with my infant 2 month old baby. They had room and given to other tourists. At 6:45 PM they had given room but not me. All staff of this hotel was cheated and lead by lady goon. Never use this hotel if u come with family. Owner of this hotel was lier. She cancelled my booking for extra money. She told me that yatra had cancelled when I connect her with yatra she had no word and after that she had not picked any call.
