The sole positive aspect of this hotel was the color of the front wall; however, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. The rooms were excessively small, the bathroom door was jammed and wouldn't close, the fridge was non-functional, and the bedsheet was dirty. The general cleanliness was lacking, with both the bathroom and bedside table showing signs of neglect. The TV was inoperative, and the room offered minimal space for two people to stand. Additionally, sewage water was present in front of the main gate, and the parking area was unclean, featuring dog waste and other debris. Despite these issues, the hotel charges more than what one would expect for a 3-4 star establishment. Another couple, who had booked a suite on a higher floor, faced similar problems with low water flow in their washroom, despite the suite appearing spacious in the pictures. Despite complaints, the manager failed to address and resolve the issues promptly.

Dissatisfied with the service. 1) Small rooms, all photos in Google are fake. 2) Rude staff. 3) Worst service. Online booking through any app is very uncertain. 4 months ago my friend booked the same hotel, then service was okay. I booked through the same app but now maybe the booking app is not keeping their greed satisfied so they are behaving very bad with customers who have booked through that particular app. I recommend to avoid this hotel altogether as you don't know which booking app is on good terms with the hotel at that time. 4) You will have to pay for drinking water also. 5) Also overpriced.

One of the worst experiences ever! No cleanliness, they never change bed spreads, blankets and also pillow covers. Found a used condom at washroom. Which means they din't clean as well. Located in a slum area. No water bottles provided. They sell water bottles and other drinks as a side business. And also the room is quiet smaller. Where there is no comfy walking space as well. I highly recommend not to visit this place. Not worth a penny.
