Great views , Great service and Great food. Service provided by Mr Pramod was top class and food was too good. The only improvement i see is for 3 star hotel and toiletries and other related thing should be improved. Reducing one star as one day there was bed bugs in the room which after complain was rectified and didn’t face the issue. Our total stay of 3days was great and value for money

I stayed at this hotel with my family and it was one of the most worthwhile vacations I've had. To be honest, the stay is what made the vacation all the more amazing. The hotel is located at a distance from the central hubs, but this is compensated by the breathtaking view you wake up to and close your eyes to. The hospitality at the place is another thing entirely, the ever helpful Amarjeet, Anil and Pramod were there to help in any way possible and went out of their way to make the stay ever so amazing. A stay might have the best room but there's always a but. And generally, the caveat is the food, but here the food was also amazing. Reliable, efficient and cost effective is the norm at the stay. This place would always be my go to place every time I visit Nainital. Thanks again for the amazing time
