La casa di Anna is in a perfect location. Matera is about 5 minutes by car. Anna the owner is very kind and helpfull. The room was fantastic clean and you can see it is new. The owner has had a perfect idea of building a full and modern kitchen at the disposal of gusts. There are only two rooms here, and this means that if you go with friends or a big family ... you actually get a full apartment at your disposal. All was perfect and the landscape around this bed and breakfast was impressive. Anna keep this up you are doing a great job. Thanks for all.

Magical place, fantastic welcome. The owners make you feel at home! Rooms equipped with every comfort, B&B located a few minutes from the center, you can breathe the uncontaminated nature of the surrounding landscape. Highly recommended for those who want to spend some days in the heart of the city of Matera but a few kilometers away in the total tranquility of the countryside. Ideal for both families with children and couples. Matera in my heart thanks Anna and Beppe!!! We will definitely be back!!

We stayed in 7 for just one night. Even though we arrived very early, the owners were very kind in making sure we had everything ready. The lady explained everything to us in detail. Excellent location, equipped with all comforts, top cleanliness, exceptional shower. Stunning Matera. We recommend it and will definitely return.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
