        Such an ugly apartment. Mismatched furniture. Sofas are old and they look filthy I didn’t dare sit on them even once. THB1000 was charged for ONE very basic cleaning during the 5 nights we stayed. Electricity is also separately charged. Shower gels and shampoo and drinking water don’t get replenished. Lumpy thin mattresses and flimsy, soft pillows . Cheap towels. Everything is just old and very basic. The ONLY plus point is the view and greenery of the golf course. NOT recommended. Stay away!

Additionally, customers are requested to pay a one-time cleaning fee of 1000 THB for every 3-night stay 3. NO extra towel / shampoo / body wash / complimentary water until the cleaning service is provided 4. NO in-room telephone to connect to reception 5. NO Lobby, just reception to check-in 6. NO way to reach them for assistance on inquiries at night or early the morning since reception is only open until 5:30-6 pm 7. NO breakfast ( service is not provided) 8. NO convenience store within walking distance (at least within 15 mins) so you should come prepared with essentials like water 9. There are 3 buildings for Allamanda, so it’s a long walk from the reception to my room, and there’s NO buggy service (of course not) 10. The room is very old for a standard room type, not very clean, and the TV wasn’t working, so people had to come into my room to CHANGE it. 11. In the bathroom, there were 3 mosquitoes, so I spent time upon checking-in trying to catch them…. [ pros ] 1. The room space is spacious. 2. If you have a car, it’s recommended (Parking availability ) 3. Recommendations for long-term guests 4. Thought it was reasonably priced , but with 2-night stay + extra charge (electricity + THB 1000 cleaning fee)… I stayed only 1 night and switched hotels. ** As a guest, I found this photo of the ‘no smoking’ sign unpleasant

        I wish I had read reviews prior to selecting this limited service apartment. I would have never booked this place for a short stay. I did feel nickel-and-dimed by management company. Cleaning was an extra fee as was electricity. I've never been charged like this at any hotel or services apartment. While the area is upscale, public transport is non-existent and getting a taxi just to get food is unreasonable. Many Grab Food restaurants would not deliver to the area. Room is large, but dated and needs renovation. It was also very dark and none of the tables lamps worked. Cleaning which is an additional charge didn't even clean the room daily, provide additional soap, clean towels or shampoo, conditioner or body wash. RESAVA is by far the worst management company I've come across. Not even sure why some websites had them listed as a resort because it is an insult to resorts.

        Was not informed reception closes at 4:30pm. Charge daily electric charges and charged me about $30 extra for 1 day room cleaning. Only stayed 1 night. If you arrive after 4:30pm you have to figure out where to go and wait.
