Good for the price we paid £35 per night but the room was dated and not modern (standard double room). Staff were friendly and housekeeping very good and efficient. The lobby is very nice and a good spectacle. The hotel does not offer a free shuttle to airport or around the city as some reviews and websites suggest. Great location to the city and very central. Overall good for the price.

Location is convenient for walking to tourist attractions around the moat, especially very close to the Sunday Night Market. The hotel renovated the lobby, but the rooms are still in the same condition. The room is clean and spacious, with a bidet and a bathtub. I stayed on the 11th floor, the water pressure is not very strong, but it is okay. There is a dryer in the bathroom, but the electrical wiring looks dangerous, so I did not dare to use it. The air-conditioning is noisy. Breakfast is okay.

The rooms are old and 3 star and the staff service is unfriendly. Even though I filled out all the check-in documents in advance, I couldn't check-in on time. They did not explain the location of the elevator and did not help us carry our luggage. All they did was explain check out and breakfast times, which everyone knew. I felt very uncomfortable from the beginning. Also, toothbrushes and slippers were not provided. I called and inquired and they said they would bring it to me. All things considered, there seems to be no reason to pay more than other hotels.
