The hotel room was surprisingly comfortable and Christiana's service was outstanding. She met us outside and coordinated the parking for our car. There is no on-site manager and the room is connected to a common area where there is coffee available. For the price, it was a very good value.

Amazing location just a minute walk from the train station and a minute from the main piazza. It is not staffed all the time so you basically just let them know the time you will arrive and they meet you. The place was fine for what we needed as a base in Sorrento. We'd stay again. Room was clean (my wife did have 1 hair on her pillow when we got into the room though).

The staff at this place was very nice and accommodating. The biggest problem I had with the room was the street noise. If you're a light sleeper this place is probably not for you. I had the AC running. White noise being played on my phone. And ear plugs in and still could not sleep because of the noise. The other issue was the glass bathrooms do not give you much privacy. It doesn't exactly make for a romantic atmosphere if you know what I mean. The other negative would be definitely DO NOT buy the breakfast. They send you down to a local restaurant that has to be the worst I've had in a while. I would not waste my money on that just by your breakfast yourself.

My review is just for the management. I booked a refundable room via Expedia but my plans changed. The room was refundable until April 15 midnight and I tried cancelling at 7PM. But got to know that it was midnight Italy time while I was in US timezone. So my mistake but an honest one. I tried reaching out to property via Expedia but they were not reachable. Expedia tried to reach them multiple times and explained them the mistake but they didn't budge to waive off the penalty. While I do understand the policies were clear from beginning and it was my mistake to not have read it carefully but still it's just a few hours delay and because of time zone confusion. Given that the stay was further 2 weeks away, I'm sure a few hours wouldn't have cost them a new reservation. So, overall I would not recommend to stay at this property. If the owners are so rigid then you can imagine how they would deal with any request while you're staying there. The biggest part of being in hotel industry is hospitality of guests which I have no hope of getting here.

The only good thing about this place is the location very central the rest was pretty awful. First of all the picture you see are not all the actual rooms as there are 2 Airbnb. Our room had nothing to do with the pictures. We got into our room there was a huge stain on the curtains, no wardrobe, no mirror, you couldn’t hang your stuff. The breakfast included is in a tourist trap place, awful coffe and there is actually just a Croissant included so not a real breakfast as described with option. We just had our water bottle and a juice and then eat breakfast somewhere else. Overall the service wasn’t great, last day we had a transfer back to Naples organized and payed for and they decided the time of pickup without telling us and when we asked for a different one the answer was they already arranged, but none never communicated us in advance. We asked for the time confirmation the day before and just in the evening they said was already arranged for a different time and couldn’t be moved. Also in a very rude way. Very poor costumer service I wouldn’t recommend, for the same price you can be in a better place and have better breakfast definitely especially in Sorrento!! AVOID
