We booked this hotel for 2 nights, the price was really good and breakfast included. Very friendly and professional staff, near metro and tram The only thing I didn't like was blanket which was smaller. But my total review is positive and I surely suggest it

Bed bugs! I was bitten for half of my body and could not sleep. I asked nice receptionist for changing my room, and it was completely without any problem. However I really hope the hotel will solve this, because it could be spread and easily dragged home!

The service and people are nice, but the hotel itself is not. The room is old, the bed is super hard, and the pillows are harder. The pillows have even little holes. The breakfast is the same and not so much. For vegan or vegetarian, they don't have so many options. For example, just soy milk (good look if you are allergic). The noise is horrible, because you have a police station in the near so you can hear that the whole day and night. This is NOT a 4-star hotel. This is like a maximum 2-star hotel.

The hotel is less than 4 stars, meaning 3 stars is enough. The place is clean and near the metro station but far frome the city center and the reception staff are nice, but the dining hall manager was tough and Not varied breakfast and aircondition not working in my room

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
