Hands down the worst hotel experience ever! From the grimy 'primary villas' to the broken facilities, this place is a nightmare. Adding insult to injury, there was absolutely no personnel in sight. It's as if the concept of customer service was completely foreign to this place. You're left to fend for yourself amidst the chaos, with no one to address your concerns or even offer a semblance of assistance. And as if that wasn't enough, the entire place was strewn with garbage and debris, turning the experience into a nightmarish trek through a wasteland of neglect.

This was a beautiful and unique boutique hotel experience. Our room faced the lotus pond and it was so nice to have breakfast watching the sunrise and the pond. The room was cleaned daily and the owner even gave us a great deal on motorbike rental for the day. She was so sweet to prepare us a banana treat in the evening and arrange airport pickup on the day of our flight.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and we absolutely loved it. The staff is incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. We stayed in the villa with a pool which was perfect. The villa was large, very clean, and comfy. We loved swimming in our pool and looking over the rice paddies. The view is incredible. There is a pond that’s right by the pool, so every morning we’d feed the fish leftover bread. We had so much fun doing it. The breakfast here is great! They have a large selection of western and Thai breakfast. The coffee here is delicious too! The resort is in such an great location. It is so peaceful and relaxing. A great escape from the crowds of Chaweng Beach.

BEST SERVICE on the island! My friend and I got a flat tire, and the kind staff not only took our vehicle to a trusted shop for free to get it fixed, but were willing to cook us amazing food even though we weren't even guests! The facilities were breathtaking and possess a surprising and quiet peacefulness that set it apart from the bustle of the main streets and beaches. These people are angels, and you should have no doubts about staying here.
