This was such an amazing stay for the cost. The beds were so comfortable and I was given another blanket when I asked staff for one. I literally fell asleep at 6pm one night because I felt so comfortable. The staff was absolutely exceptional and welcoming. When I was having trouble understanding how to fill out the paperwork to ship our luggage, a kind younger man filled it all out for us very quickly. The morning breakfast was good and had various options, it was very helpful to always have something to eat in the morning (for free!).

Hi strongly recommend this for outside Travelers. The staff is very friendly and is helpful. The price is very good value for Tokyo. And it’s in a good location. You definitely can walk the places but it was late at night so we took the Uber taxi, which you could just take the taxi, but didn’t know the process that well Israel close to the rail station For a family of four, if it’s reasonable for you, all, you can take two of the rooms via is definitely smaller than the US but the price is very accommodating

This hotel was amazing. LOVELY if you want to stay in Tokyo as a foreigner. The hotel and staff are VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. The place just makes you feel good and happy and comfortable. Wonderful way for first timers in Japan. Very happy and satisfied with the service, if I come back to Tokyo (which I hope is very very soon) I would LOVE to come back here. Great location too. 10/10. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

Comfort Hotel Tokyo Higashi Kanda location is great. It's near Akihabara which only take us around 15 minutes to walk there. 7-eleven and Family mart are closed by as well. Our room was spacious which allowed us to open 4 luggage together and still walk able. all facilities were great except a long waiting line to use the laundry. We love the breakfast! it was a highlight of our 2 weeks stay with the hotel. Good selection of healthy foods and I love the scramble eggs so so much. Staff were both professional and speak fluent English. Thank you and hope to come back soon!

This is a great little hotel for its class of hotel. It is very clean and functional. The staff are amazing and very helpful. The rooms and the bathrooms are exceptionally clean. The rooms also have a safe and a fridge. The breakfast was complementary and was excellent, a variety of food to enjoy. The hotel provides self service luggage locking area, brilliant idea.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
