The worse experience. We checked out immediately. Book at your own risk. Here for a company trip with no idea why our company admin booked this because even my other colleagues were complaining before. Thankfully we were moved to Traders Hotel instead. Still when we entered we saw that the lift was not properly maintained. The lights were flickering and it was as though we were in an episode of American horror story. Next was the worse. When i entered is see this brown stain on the bed sheets and oh my I’m so done. It’s not only budget looking but also a dirty hotel. The windows were stained and uncleaned. It’s just a very bad vibe overall. I decided to cancel the second night booking but the manager refused and did not respond to any of my complains. Absolutely zero service recovery. The company paid RM 300 a night inclusive of breakfast. It isn’t much but choose the ibis instead for future within this budget range.

The location is very strategic. Avenue K across from the hotel and 5 minutes walk to KLCC Suria. The staff are helpful, helping to keep our luggage while waiting for our room and helped us with an early check in. The room is spacious with a good view of the city though unfortunately the outside windows are not being cleaned regularly. 7-eleven and a restaurant is available next to the lobby, and there's a nice durian stall in front of the hotel lobby. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel whenever we're in KL.

2nd time staying here during Comic Fiesta x Xmas Season. Concierge was extremely friendly and helpful when we first arrived. Loved the service. Fuss free experience for check-in and checkout. In terms of location, quite good especially with a 7-11 downstairs, Avenue K and KLCC Mrt next door. However perhaps housekeeping quality has went down as even though we requested for room service to be done daily, our beds weren't well done and could still see hair strands and blood stains on the sheets. Moreover, they also threw away some of our foodstuff that was not meant for throwing (we placed them on the TV table not next to the bin) We got a superior triple room, but do take note it's basically a twin room and one extra temporary bed (misleading in photos). In terms of accessibility for disabled people, the lifts also close really fast and my friends have gotten slammed in between the doors a few times 😞

This hotel offers you flexibility of travel purposes. Near KLCC (only 3 min walk) and K Avenue Mall nearby which already connected to the train station in basement floor. The services was satisfying. You can drop your baggage in this hotel while you can travel to other area and you can have it back in day after. Have a market store and public restaurant at ground floor. It’s not a fancy hotel but the service was more than fancy.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The room is very clean. The view from our room was amazing. The hotel is very accessible. It is near KLCC 3 min walk and K Avenue Mall nearby which already connected to the train station in basement floor. You can walk as well from the basement floor connected with other malls and go directly to KLCC bridge to go Pavillion Mall. 7 eleven is in the same building. The services were satisfying, thanks to Mr. Tay and Mr. Kai and the rest of the Reception Team for the elegant treatment. We will definitely be back, and recommend to our friends and family to stay in this hotel.
