Spent 6 days Aesthetically the hotel is acceptable, which is expected from a 4 * hotel.. but what's unexpected is finding ripped and stained towels/sheets, dirty plates everywhere, bad hygiene... The balcony door doesn't close and when i tried to put my valuables in the safe , it doesn't work either... I asked over 3 times for them to fix it, bad maintenance and customer service. The bathroom's ceiling was leaking(bad smell) And the worst part,very disappointed about the lack of food choices/quality. Terrible coffee (they only use instant coffee) Didn't eat dinner once because i didn't like anything... there was good animation/entertainment. Wouldn't come back.

Extremely dirty rooms an the air is barely breathable in the room due to moist. Close to no maintenance seem to be happening and this used to be a good hotel that has not aged well at all. Apart from that the swimming pool is great and common areas are ok

The only good thing about the hotel is probably the price, everything else is about average. The rooms had humidity odor and the overall hygiene is not that good. The food wasn't bad though
