Very basic, but clean room, bathroom fine, fridge in room, but no any table to sit at. Kind reception team. Breakfast limited and boring when you stay longer. 20 min walking distance from Ifema.

1. Checked in at midnight . There was no staff at reception and it was dark.. Upon calling out many times someone appeared 2. Staff do not speak or understand English well 3. My reservation was for 20th and 21st June but on their records it showed July!. I had also emailed them at hotelEscalaSuites @ gmail.com one day before my trip with details of my arrival time . This is the email displayed on their website. But no one responded to it. Staff told me to use info @ escalasuites.com. 4. The room 301 that was allocated to me did not have a wardrobe. The room entrance had some cushions lying on the floor - see picture 5. Lifts and corridors have a stale damp odour 6. At breakfast to make tea one has to boil water in a microwave!!! 7. Pictures on their website are quite deceptive. Swimming pool is actually very small. 8. While paying invoices hotel staff did not let me choose GBP on the POS terminal and forced me to choose EUR. 9. Rooms without any tea/coffee kettle and without any Ironing board 10. Only positive is that it is close to the airport but literally it's actually in the middle of nowhere...no shops or restaurants around 11. Water Pressure in the Shower in Room 301 is very low. I would NOT recommended this hotel at all
