A very good hotel in a great location. Parking is available under the hotel which is great, but be aware that it’s a very busy junction so plan accordingly! Once we parked at the hotel, we left our car there and used Grab to get around until we checked out. There was an issue with one of our two rooms when we arrived. I modified our original booking from two King rooms to one King and one Twin. Despite making this modification on the hotel website and receiving confirmation, upon arrival they seemed to have no record of it. So only one room was ready and we had to wait for the second room. Not a massive issue, but after a 5-hour drive to KL, I expected more from a “5-star” hotel. The whole check-in process was also quite slow; I’ve had much faster service at much cheaper hotels. The rooms themselves were very nice. Spacious, clean, and (according to my wife who had stayed years ago) relatively recently updated. Location-wise, the hotel is perfect if you enjoy shopping, with Pavilion KL mall just next door. Also a literal stone’s throw away are two other malls - Fahrenheit 88 and The Starhill. For the standard of hotel and location, I think Grand Millennium is good value, particularly if you sign up to their loyalty program and get 25% off as I did. I personally don’t think the service quite lives up to being a 5-star establishment. I would consider it a solid 4-star though and would certainly stay there again if I wanted to be based in Bukit Bintang.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Millennium KL hotel and I must say, my experience was fantastic. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. First and foremost, the breakfasts were absolutely amazing. The variety of options available was impressive, and the quality of the food was top-notch. From freshly baked pastries to a wide selection of international dishes, I was spoiled for choice every morning. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that my dining experience was delightful. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking panoramic view from my room. The large windows provided a stunning view of the city skyline, which was especially mesmerizing at night. It added a touch of luxury to my stay and made waking up in the morning even more enjoyable. Another convenience of the hotel is its proximity to the Pavilion shopping center. Being just a short walk away, I had easy access to a wide range of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. It was incredibly convenient to have such a popular shopping destination right at my doorstep. Overall, I highly recommend the Grand Millennium KL hotel. The luxurious breakfasts, the stunning panoramic view, and the convenience of being near the Pavilion shopping center all contributed to an unforgettable stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my future visits to Kuala Lumpur.

Came here for a business workshop and the place is really beautiful! The staff are extremely attentive, the halls are functioning well and their food during the breaks & lunch are so good! There are so many types of cuisines available at the buffet lunch and all taste great. Also really liked how it was close to Pavilion - it’s about a 2 min walk to the mall. But one issue is parking at the hotel. The jam is crazy from morning to night. Your car can be right in front of Millennium for half an hour but not be able to enter due to the jam. But that’s about it. So, best of luck and enjoy! :)

Very clean and well maintained property with attentive staff. It's situated in an amazing location next to some of the best malls, restaurants, and street food in KL. There's also the metro on the same block if you need to go further out. The only downside is the traffic in and out of this main street can take a while when traveling by car. The lobby and rooms are good. I stayed in one of their older rooms and it was still in very good condition -- they do have newly renovated rooms that they tried to upsell.

Great property located at one of the busiest and best locations in Kula Lumpur. It is very upscale and has grandeur written all over it. The room was quite big and offered great views of the Twin towers and KL skyline. The hotel is at walking distance from the Pavilion and major attractions in the middle of the city. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool did not offer great views but was clean and well maintained.
