        Terrible experience and won’t be coming back. We have stayed at this location every year for about 7 years. Although I feel like the cleanliness and quality of the rooms has steadily Declined we wanted to give it one more go for our kids. We had quite a serious situation, where a dresser fell on my child. Although he was not hurt, Scott in customer service did nothing. He didn’t even ask if my child was okay. They placed us in another room where the lock wouldn’t engage, hadn’t been properly cleaned and was missing the toilet paper holder was not there, and the missing piece was just left in the bathroom. So we waited for another room. We filled out necessary incident reports, Reported it to the teams and heard nothing back. Clearly they don’t care about the safety of their residents. They don’t want to deal with hard stations. They asked me to reach out which I did, and they ignored all messages.

        Good place for a quick vacation with the family. Lots of things to do. Make sure to bring your golf clubs if you want to hit the driving range! Bowling is a hit with the kids, they loved the arcade too and the escape room. The steak house there was fantastic too. We’ll look to go back soon with friends.

        Went on Friday night. Super Busy. Lots of people winning and celebrating. Be careful the casino floor is huge and it is easy to get lost and separated. Loved the $1 slots. Great promotions

        Check in is hectic but once that is done you get treated to a nice room. We had 2, 1 had a really nice view, the other view left a lot to be desired. Love the amenities, really only left to get reasonably priced food. Once figuring out the layout, everyone can go their own ways for solo time, then meet up for family time. Looking forward to returning
