Great value, simple, clean hotel that is very close to the Köki terminal, the last stop of the blue metro line, M3. Only 5 minutes very easy walk to the 200E bus stop so the airport is in a very easy reach. Probably that’s the best hotel for early and late flights as the 200E runs overnight every half an hour (only 30 minutes) but the taxi wouldn’t break the bank either. 24 hours reception, lovely staff. Lovely their little presents, classic, old school Hungarian chocolate bars and snacks! This place is great. Oh, and you spot the green triangle at the top of the building from across the street, that’s the hotel - in case you arrive in the dark.

The location a few minutes from the end of the metro line, and a relatively short drove to the airport made it the perfect place to spend the night with my mom before her early morning flight. Really appreciated the free private parking, we got there, left the car, and headed into the city center on the metro till night. The next day, I checked out in the morning, but could leave my car there that day and go meet someone in Budapest. Room was clean, no complaints.

An overall great experience! The rooms are clean and affordable. I recommend getting a standard room instead of the cheapest one (those are too small). The breakfast was absolutely amazing, be sure to try it! What's more, it was great value for money, especially considering the rich variety of fresh food available. The free private parking is a plus; there is also a smaller, public parking lot where you can leave your car for free just in front of the hotel. Last but not least, a small drawback: if you go there in the summer and want to sleep with the window open, you'll have to deal with the noise from the nearby busy street. However, this becomes a non-issue once the window is closed.

Stayed here as we had late flight to Budapest airport. Thea airport is just 15min away. The staff is really nice, rooms were very clean, well equipted and with a small sweet present that our kids liked a lot. The breakfast was so delicious and the whole place had such a nice and calm vibe. We would love to stay here again and would recommend it to others too. Although we stayed just for the night and breakfast, we were really satisfied.

Rooms are really clean. Simple and perfect for a few nights. Staff are very friendly and nice. They tell you everything what you need to know. The reception is 24hrs open. I left the hotel 4am and I had no problem to give the key back. Free wifi (code on the key folder inside) There is a breakfast option, unfortunatelly I could not try it, but on the menu (what is in the room) looks great, hot and cold variations. I think you can have it from 7am-10am. At the backyard of the hotel there is a car park (maybe you have to pay,I am not sure in it). You can go upstairs to the rooms on stairs or by lift. My room was small but clean and tidy, suited for me for one night. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer, towels and showergel too. In the room a small fridge, Tv. Kettle, coffee, tea and you get a little surprise from them (some chocolate and biscuit) Aircondition in the room and heated towel rail in the bathroom. I don't know if it is suit for wheelchair or not because to the lift you have to go up some stairs. Köki terminal just 4-5 mins walk away (it means Airport shuttle bus 200E, and a lot of other, and Kőbánya-Kispest train station and the Metro 3 - stops Nyugat train station..etc so in the centre). In the Köki terminal you can find shops, cafes, restaurants. Tesco too if you need a bigger shopping.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
