When people call the area quiet in reviews, it certainly is. However there are lots of small restaurants and convenience stores around for you to get anything you need. The Tokyo Tower is a fairly close walk. It is also very easy to walk from the monorail station that goes to and from Haneda Airport making it a great location for a quick stop in Tokyo. The rooms are decently sized, even for 3 people. They have a fridge but no microwave. There is a hot water pot for tea and ramen. The restaurant is very busy in the morning. If you plan on eating there, get there early.

Hands down the best bed in Tokyo (at this price point). Like other hotel in Tokyo, there's not much facilities, but that's not what most tourist wants anyway. If you have a toddler, you don't need a high bed which the kid can fall from. Queen bed is too small for 2 adults +1 toddler. This hotel is one of a few that provide king bed that's fall proof (bed on raised floor) I booked a king bed room(which is rare in Tokyo), and we have a choice of a sofa or an additional twin bed. The latter allow me to sleep when our toddler decided to spin around instead of sleeping still.

Location is good. Walking distant to train station. Breakfast is good although not much variety, Value for money. If you enjoy morning running. Definitely a good choice as you can round around Tokyo Tower park.

I have stayed for a week. The room are large, very clean and well equipped with many details that you usually don't find in many hotels out of the world. Umbrella, phone cables adapters, for instance. The hotel is very close from Hamamatsucho Station that helps you to go in many places as several trains get there included direct trains to Narita and Haneda airport, yet the district is slightly off center . There are a lot of small restaurants and food shops at walk distance from the hotel and it is easy to find one and a large variety of food from Japan and other countries. The team in the hotel is great, english communication sometimes difficult. Continental Breakfast offers some choices but not huge. A good experience on the whole.

Perfect for 4 nights in Tokyo. Close to Daimon station and Hamamatscho station. Room are ok. A sofa as a extra bed worked out perfekt. Vending machine on every floor along with ice machine and microwave. You can eat breakfast at the hotel but there are options around. Staff is friendly and speak English enough.
