Good location. Walkable distance to bus, train stations and convenience stores. Near to Shinjuku Gyoen Park. Room is small but I think its the typical size. Bathroom is clean and good water pressure. Toiletries and towels are provided. Staff are welcoming and friendly.

Stayed from 28 Mar to 2 Apr. Very convenient, close to train stations, many food options at walkable distances, convenience stores close by. Room amenities readily available, iron can be requested at reception. However, small rooms and aircon/heater is a little hard to control even with the controller on the wall. Overall a decent place to stay!

Heavy mold/mildew smellin the room. When I asked to switch they said they were full and that all rooms smell like this. Do yourself a favor and book another hotel
