This is a nice hotel with clean rooms, and no nonsense service - ask and it will delivered, and leave you alone to enjoy the room. There are lots of free goodies you can get, and as much as you like. Great customer service at the next level! Another value-add is the Narita airport bus stops here to drop-off / pick up passengers.

We stayed here for 6 nights and booked an economy double room. Definitely on the pricey side for hotels but makes up for it in convenience as it’s located close to Shinjuku station and the Bus terminals. Staff at reception were very friendly. Selection of amenities available on the ground floor and was able to borrow a hair straightener/curler at the front desk each morning. Laundry room (for 600 yen) and ice machines also available to use. We arrived early morning and were able to drop off our luggage while we explored the area before check in. Rooms were also very clean.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this conveniently located hotel, just a short distance from Shinjuku Main station. What really stood out to me was the ease of access, thanks to it being a designated bus stop for airport transfers. Arriving right at the hotel's front door was incredibly convenient. The self check-in/out system offered by the hotel was simple and easy to navigate. It saved me time and provided a hassle-free experience. One aspect that impressed me was the range of amenities available at the lobby. They had the most extensive selection I have ever come across, including additional luxuries like face masks. Furthermore, the front desk staff were fluent in English and more than willing to assist with any service or inquiry. They were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at ease throughout my stay. One service that deserves a special mention is their assistance with luggage forwarding to other towns. This was a game-changer, as it saved me from the hassle of dragging my luggage around town and allowed me to fully enjoy exploring without any burdens. The room itself was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped. The bed provided a restful sleep, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The tv was a smart TV! The hotel is also walkable distance to Family Mart, and Lawson. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, efficient self check-in/out system, wide range of amenities, friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable rooms. It offers everything one could ask for and is a fantastic choice for both leisure and business travelers alike.

Overall highly recommended :’) Location: It’s really enough reason for you to stay here if you want to stay in Shinjuku. There are endless places to eat and shop at and just like the train station, they are all close to the hotel. Convenience stores and minimarts are also just a short walk away (I loved the cute little Aeon grocery around the back of the hotel called My Basket hehe) One of the best parts is that the Airport Limousine bus stops right at the hotel, so getting to and from the airport was completely hassle-free. Also - Fuunji (SUCH good ramen omg 😭) was on my checklist of restaurants to try in Tokyo. I was so happy to find out that it was also so close to the hotel!! Room: I expected the room to be small - we got the standard twin and we were 2 people. The size was just right and we were very comfortable. Very clean and we had a nice view of the street. Service: Everyone was great :) I wish I was able to catch the names of the ladies at the front desk who helped me out when I lost my key, and the nice man who helped with self-checkout. Thank you Yuca for assisting us during check-in :) The ladies who would clean our room everyday were also very friendly and pleasant. Thank you everyone 🤗 Great job. We were very happy. I will actually be back in a few months. 😅

This hotel exceeded expectations! Exceptional value for money, ideal central location near all necessities and just steps from the train station. Impeccably clean with all essential amenities. A week-long stay was a delight, earning a solid 5-star review. Highly recommend!
