        Run! Please choose somewhere else with better price and better service. I've never wrote such comment before. This time I was really offended by the service I've received. 1. This place is charging too much: I spent about 160 pounds for a small room even without private bathroom. 2. There are hygiene problem: The pillow of this place is uncomfortable and stink. 3. Staffs at the 環翠樓 別館 were extremely rude, and the service was poor: The short hair guy with glasses receptionist at 環翠樓別館 who dealt with me in the reception was extremely rude for following occasions i) The third party platform failed to book for my breakfast. So I call the restaurant to book it in. Said I'll pay for the breakfast the next day. The girl on the phone said I can discuss about it the next day. In today's morning while I was ready to pay. The short hair glasses guy told me that I could not have breakfast because they ran out of the materials without telling me where else I could have breakfast for. ii)The short hair glasses guy was extremely rude for following locations 1) I wasn't notified about the wifi password as I checked in. So I asked him why don't you tell me the wifi password at the start. He said it's just in the book. You should have found it yourself. 2) I wasn't notified about where is the hot spring and when to use it. So I wasn't able to use the hot spring at all. The guy still forced me to pay for the hot spring tax, which was ridiculous. 3) Whilst I asked the manager for solution, the manager asked the guy to translate for us. Whilst I understand Japanese but I couldn't speak in Japanese. The guy was not translating properly at all. He was defending himself by twisting my meaning and add a lot of explanation for himself. 4) at the end the manager asked the guy to send me and my mom to the bus station. All he did was he vaguely pointed where is the bus stop , then ran away immediately. I had to find the bus station by myself. 5)Whilst I was telling the guy about every awful thing I've encountered in the hotel. Two receptionist guys at the 環翠樓別館mocked me in Japanese. And I could understand all their conversation with my ears. It was extremely disgusting that hotel staffs are behaving at such low manner. If they don't like to be at the service inductory they should have gone to choose other jobs instead being as a receptionist. No one wants to give others a hard time during their travel. However these people really treated me unfair whilst I've paid this money. Suggestions: 1. If you don't want your holiday to be ruined by such unresponsive staff. Please choose else where. This place is not cheap, and with this price you couls found better place than this one. I assume the reason why the owner of the place hire this guy was because they thought they have too much customers that they don't want anymore customers in the future. It's the worst service I've ever received in the Japan. 2. The guy at the 環翠樓 別館might be a bit abnormal, but the manager at the front desk was nice. She even used her money to compensate for the hotspring tax. Whilst thw glasses short hair guy who failed to tell me such information should have paid for it.         KANSUIRO ANNEX is a relaxing place with an upscale feeling to it. Everything felt welcoming and beautiful. A minor drawback is that it was a bit of a walk from the annex to the main building where all the onsens are located. Furthermore, it was confusing to keep track of which onsens had showers and which required you to shower in your room first. The atmosphere of the Annex’s outdoor spring was great. This would make a great spot for a weekend getaway and I would like to come back someday!

        I stayed here at Kansuiro Annex for a night and almost everything was convenient and nice. Especially, I'd like to talk about one of the staffs who brought my ring out to me. I accidently left my Tiffany ring in the room and I already checked out from the Ryokan. The staff surprisingly brought it out to the station for me and then I realized that I wasn't putting this on my finger. I'm still very thankful while writing this review. Thank you so much! Very impressive!

        Amazing staff, great food and some of the best outside onsen baths I've been to for a while. The room was incredible (stayed in 101) with furniture and layout that felt like a mix between Japan and Scandinavia. HOWEVER, the traffic noise from the main thoroughfare that runs just outside will keep almost anyone but the deepest of sleeper from having an uninterrupted night's sleep. It would have been beyond five stars if it weren't for the traffic noise. If there are rooms that face away from the main road (not sure if there are) I can definitely recommend it. Otherwise I'm less sure - at least this side of electric cars and trucks that make much less sound :-)

        It's expensive considering they don't provide the in room dinner and breakfast. The building is also not very well built. I can hear noise from the street clearly. The only good part is their dedicated staff.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
