        We stayed here for 2 nights before heading to Patagonia. The rooms were huge, for us at least coming from Europe. 2 TVs in the room seemed excessive. But plenty of space rather than tight and cramped was a nice change! The TVs could do with updating but we were not here for that. The restaurant food was good, but a little pricey. The gym is small but definitely good enough to get a decent workout in, with plenty of dumbbells. We left one of our bags here for a week while we did the W-Trek and picked it back up safe and sound when we came back to Santiago. This was a major plus of staying here and we're grateful we didn't have to take all our stuff with us. I also left my cap here just before we departed to go to Patagonia, we called and a member of staff got the cap and it was there when we arrived to grab the bags. I want to say a massive thanks to that guy for keeping it for us and also his cheery nature!

        The shuttle to the airport is very convenient, the restaurant has a good selection of food and room service is available 24/7, convenient if you fly in at night. The location is in the industrial park, so not much you can do around, but you choose this hotel because of the proximity to the airport. 4 Stars because they would not go above and beyond, but good quality of service overall

        This hotel and the staff deserves 10 stars since 5 aren't enough. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport. You notify the hotel about your arrival time via Whatsapp and they organize the shuttle for you. We were supposed to arrive shortly after midnight but our flight from Panama got delayed by an hour. After the plane landed at 1:20 am, we notified the hotel and the driver about our delay and they rescheduled our pickup for 2:30 am. The driver picked us up at the parking garage right next to the airport exit. The hotel is just a short 8 minute drive away. They will send you detailed instructions about the pickup via email. The breakfast in the morning was excellent! Fresh fruit, steamed vegetables, eggs, potatoes, pastries, coffee and fresh fruit juices. The hotel also has a pool, hot tub, and sauna which was a nice treat after having spent so much time sitting in airplanes the day before.

        Brand new and sparkling. Very nice rooms, great staff, and a pretty good restaurant on site that is open early and late. They had a fold out couch ready for our kid before we arrived (it was actually pretty comfy) Shuttle to the airport is included which is less than 10 mins away. Highly recommended

        I flew in from Canada and landed at 8:30am. Had an early flight the next day, so decided staying near the airport was the most convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel! Rooms were spacious and beds extremely comfortable! There was confusion regarding the shuttle and it was not at the airport, but after calling the hotel thr shuttle arrived shortly. To apologize for our extra wait for the shuttle (about an hour) the hotel let us check in right at our arrival, which we were extremely grateful for! Shuttle the next morning at 330am had no issues. If you need an airport hotel I definitely recommend!!

          Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.
          Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
