Very poor house. Old and dark. Furniture broken and matress rotten and old. AC old and dirty. Owner at first want us to pay the maintanance for the AC. Badly equipped for long term stay. Most things we asked for are "up to the customers" so everything had to be baught by us. At first we had to pay 15.000 baht per month wich is redicolus. Also we had to pay one month deposit wich the owner kept because we left one month earlyer. After negotiation we payed 12.000 baht per month wich is still redicolus. We bought own bedsheets and pillowsheets and blankets because very poor old and dirty ones where given to us. After several month the owner came to ask for his bedsheets because he was "suspicious that we dont gave his bedsheets to wash and dry" he was afraid for his old and dirty bedsheets. We felt not welcome. Also we had discussions about small amounts of sand in the pool. The owner always compared his stay with a hotel because in a hotel is this and that and they do so and so wich was a poor joke because hotels welcome theire guests and make them a comfortable stay, specially when they earn a lot of money with the customers. In the end the owner betrayed us beacuse he said we get back the deposit if new customers move in within the next month, wich happened but we got back nothing. On top he told us that we have to pay cleaning, electricity and water for several days knowing he tricked us for 15.000 baht of deposit. Last but not least they do some kind of fair from time to time a few hundred meters from the place wich means heavy and loud nervkilling music for days and nights over weeks till 1:30 am sometimes. Dont go there! You can find much better houses with more comfort and more reasonable price all around the island.
