        We booked this accommodation for three nights in December 2023. Unfortunately, I have to say that a lot of things were unpleasant from arrival to departure. First of all, I was called by the owner of the accommodation a week before arrival and was told that there had been an overbooking. I should cancel the accommodation via Booking. I was unable to fulfill this request because this notification was at short notice and we were traveling with children. The owner could have rented out the accommodation at a higher price, and she often said this on the phone, which we found very cheeky. Ultimately she accepted the booking and we drove to the accommodation at the time booked. Then, disappointingly, the trouble really started. We were assigned accommodation that didn't match the pictures on Booking at all. The owner has two buildings with several accommodations. A building where she has already renovated her accommodation and a building with accommodation that is in great need of renovation. When we complained she only had a tired smile and excuses. We ultimately accepted this accommodation in very poor condition. What was also annoying was that the accommodation wasn't cleaned once during our stay! Breakfast was included in the price, but we didn't get that either. But with this accommodation you would lose your appetite anyway. What I would also like to point out is that a bag was opened and searched for valuables while we were away!!! I can only advise against this accommodation, it will save you trouble and disgust

        The most friendly host we met during our stay. We had a three bedroom apartment. The house was very clean. It is centrally located. The food and hospitality was impeccable. It's very kids friendly too.
