The place was dirty- the carpet on the steps had stains and needs to be cleaned really well or replaced. The unit smelled like dirty armpits (BO). I assume from the ac unit because it seemed to get better when I turned the ac off and opened the windows. Needs a ton of updating-the basement was dingy and outdated and quite frankly creepy. Check in time is crazy late and I think if the check out time is 6pm then the check in time needs to be at least 2pm and not 11am. I’m disgusted that I paid so much money for a dirty, smelly unit. We even checked out early because I couldn’t take the smell anymore, not to mention I refused to put my 1 year old in the other bedroom in the basement because it was creepy so we didn’t get much sleep due to the fact that he needs his own separate space to sleep, which is why I booked this place to have 2 separate rooms in the first place. Oh and the floor shook in the dining room area and could feel the floor shaking out on the deck from the AC unit. Also the front door to the unit looked like it had to previously been pried open and the door was very stuck like you had to use ALOT of force to get the door open and closed. Unit 25 The only positive is the area it’s beautiful and quiet on bayside but parking is tight.

Parking is terrible if you're handicap,the people in the next condo never left us park at our steps always had to walk from other parking lots,they wouldn't move there car always had company.Ants all over in the kitchen, shower door fell off the track,trim on the floor wasn't glued down in living room,kept tripping over it.Would never stay there again.Called office to get things taken care of no one ever answered.Poor management.Not enough toilet paper or towels.had to buy some.My sister had bits on her arm and face from bugs in the unit.Think it was bed bugs,her arm,face swelled up had to get medicine.

I love this location, close to the boardwalk but on the Bayside. Older units in the process of upgrading but the units are large and have everything you need. Jetted tubs, full kitchens. Onsite indoor pool. Best front desk staff. It's also next to the jolly Roger amusement park which is very convenient in the summer.
