Beautiful guesthouse with a very cozy lounge space with library, kotatsu and full communal kitchen. Outdoor and indoor onsen open in mornings and afternoon. Highly recommended staying at least two nights as you'll want plenty of time to relax in the baths.

Pros: The common room is amazing (comfy, lots of books to borrow, good WiFi). The onsens are beautiful and very enjoyable (take into account no clothes can be worn at all -I thought it was fantastic but not everyone is used to that). Our private room had a balcony with great views to some small waterfalls. The complimentary lounge clothes were so comfy I’d loved to take them home. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Public transportation is easily accessible right in front of the hotel, no attraction are really within walking distance. Cons: Lots of stairs to access reception (tricky with luggage, inaccessible for wheelchair users or people with limited mobility). The dryer was not good, it took us hours well into the night to finish the laundry. Keep in mind the rooms have no toilets (there’s shared ones on each floor) or showers (those are shared and open in the Onsen, divided by gender).

This might have been the best place I've stayed at on my trip. It's not the fanciest, it's not the most convenient, but it's incredibly relaxing. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, even organizing things like making onigiri for dinner. The outdoor onsen is lovely but doesn't have a shower attached. Also, the only showers in the entire building are in the indoor onsen but once you realise this, it's no big deal. Ultimately, I will 100% be back.

Perfect for capsule hotel. Overpriced for standard room. Booked one night for Japanese style room with shared bathroom (no toliet). We had to do everything ourselves (making the futon beds, washing utensil in the kitchen after use etc). I really felt cheated for the price I paid. It is already equivalent to a normal hotel room price. But the services we got was no different than those living in the capsule. Making us wonder why we paid for the room. (personally really don't mind just living in the capsule) I could've just gone to a regular hotel nearby. We will definitely recommend just the capsule room. Not the hotel rooms. Onsen doesn't feel like onsen water, more like hot water. But nice scenery and clean. Slightly annoying that open air onsen is separated from shower area but no biggie.

There was very clean and cozy place. Room is more big than I taught. Onsen is clean and peaceful. You can relax. But The location is little far to the bus station,train station.
