Room service never cleaned my room after multiple attempts to tell them that it needed cleaning. The tv didn’t work in my room but the hotel is pretty old. The AC didn’t work so the rooms were constantly hot, the beds were very very firm, and there was only a child sized sheet for sleeping. I lost a lot of sleep due to the firmness of the beds. There is a breakfast which is decent however the main reason why you would want this hotel is the location. This is the perfect spot to be if you want to be in the city center. That’s pretty much the main pro of this hotel compared to the cons.

Incredible value for money. Fantastic location. Unbelievably clean. Spacious rooms. One-minute check-in, 10-second checkout. Room heating/cooling is controlled by a thermostat that actually works. Windows can be opened if needed. Triple-layered blinds block out 99% of the light. Very comfortable beds. Courtyard-facing rooms are exceptionally quiet. There is good sound isolation between the rooms, but the entry doors are not great, so the sounds from the hallway are very audible.

The location is perfect; easy to walk to all the places we wanted to visit. The room was clean, a little small, the bed was ok but for what we paid, it was great. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and had lots of options to choose from. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice, funny and made us feel welcomed. Gave us great recommendations of restaurants and places to visit.

We booked weekends for the Christmas market, best decision. The christmas market is right infront of the hotel. The hotel is perfectly situated in city center. Our luggages were delayed and the lady receptionist was very kind to call and coordinate with the airline for the delivery as speaking with the local language seems to make things faster, not their responsibility but I love the fact that they go extra mile, i forgot her name but if the management sees this, please extend my thanks again to the receptionist who checked us in last 16th Dec 2023. The room was spacious, with generous closet and coffee table and kettle. Bathroom was clean and hot showers were perfectly working. No cigar smell or unpleasant. You can see the view of tower of charles bridge from the balcony which is big enough to relax. Buffet was sufficient and food were freshly cooked. Coffee and drinks were great. I have nothing to complain, while the hotel doesnt offer oppulence, our stay with the hotel made our vacation hassle free and very pleasant.

Excellent location. Good rooms and good breakfast. Friendly staff. Walkable to train station and in the heart of town.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
