Staff The staff is very helpful and warm. Place I loved the room I was assigned to. It has a split type aircon which is a plus. The room is very clean and cozy. The bathroom is clean as well. Location Good location for those who have any appointment in España area. UST is somehow far than I thought, you need to commute to go there. Plus points because it is near to Puregold and SM Supermarket. Comments I think they should add another chair. There is only one chair in the room and the table is really small. Don't forget to have cash with you. They will be requiring a 1000 pesos deposit just before you check-in.

Really disappointing stay. We got a room facing the street which brought a horrible noise to the room even at 3am! I’ve never stayed in a place louder than this. Don’t expect to sleep. The staff was polite but was not able to help in any way. At least it was clean.
