A very new hotel with all those thoughtful designs you'll find in most Japanese hotels. The 12th floor comic library area is a very great place for me and I also like the lounge area on the 3rd floor. Just one station away from the outlet mall.

This hotel is very good value for your money. It have good location where on the Izumisano station and close to airport, clean room and big public sauna. The room was a little bit small but l know it's common in Japen. I like front desk staff, they were welcome and kindly.

Only stayed 1 night (28 Oct) as it is 2 stations from KIX and nearest to Izumisano fish market. Brand new hotel, standard twin room #501 was a little tight and the original designed pillow was a little too flat for my liking. What I would really recommend is to please visit the public bath area on the 12th floor! Only water is free, so bring some coins for the bottled milk in the vending machine.

The luggage room is very convenient, each luggage is equipped with passcode lock. There is a comic corner near the onsen, good for relaxing.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
