This hotel is within walking distance to the train station. The rooms were clean and did not smell of smoke-a very nice feature. The reason I only gave 4 stars was that we had ask for the cups, coffee and soaps that were included when we booked our rooms. We also had to go to the lobby to get these items as well as extra towels and pillows. We noticed the shower drain was draining VERY slowly. That was taken care of while we were out for the day. Also, only 4 channels were available in the TV as the hotel was trying to deal with DISH service. One thing to keep in mind is that NOTHING needed from housekeeping (including having the room made up for the second day’s stay) will be done unless you request the service through the main reception desk. All staff members we encountered were courteous and aimed to please. Overall it was a good value for the money. We will stay here again.

The rooms were great for the price and the city view was gorgeous. It had been a long time since I seen the beauty of my city. The beds were comfortable and I had no problem getting extra towels as long as I went down stairs and asked for them. The problem I did have was if you want your room cleaned daily be sure you ask to be put on the schedule. If you're staying more than or at least 5 days request it because it won't be done otherwise. I was there 5 days and took 3 days before my room was finally cleaned and beds turned although it really only looked like they just remade the beds we slept in. Another thing they don't tell you that was irritating is that they don't take Chime or Apple pay for deposits or payments for room stays. Then beds were comfortable here and slept great. Also if your coffee drinkers be sure you tell them when room is tend to that those items be refilled or that won't get done either. Staff was nice and security at front was pretty pleasant to us as well. I'll definitely be back to stay there again👍

The staff is amazing as well as the prices. The hotel is dated and there are a few areas that could use a little attention to detail, like the overall cleanliness of the elevators. The beds are so comfortable, they give you plenty of towels. The ac/ heater is great as well.

Overall, enjoyed the stay. Rooms were clean and maintained, however I advise using caution on bathroom electrical receptacle... Coffee maker kept tripping cfi circuit and had to reset a few times. Upgrade on mattress would be appreciated. Otherwise , friendly staff, secure. Location a little on the sketchy side, but was never bothered. The assist with the parking garage with no fee across street was appreciated and welcomed. For the price, I will be back... Just have my new plushy therapeutic mattress ready. 😂

Super clean room also very roomy. There is a small refrigerator and the views are pretty great if you get up high enough. They also don't charge resort fees! Will definitely stay again.
