I had the chance to spend 3 days with my family . the Riad is the perfect place for relaxation . The houses were spotless and kept clean everytime , the housemaid making sure everything was up and asking if anything is needed Food PREP was perfection and you have the privilege to order whatever you wish. it is so delish and clean. ALL in all the services were beyond what I expected and I really recommend this beautiful Riad in every aspect. A special thanks to the owner Samir and her adorable wife for their warm welcoming and their special attention. I can´t wait to come back Rating 5 STARS

Amazing experience!!!! The owners were great hosts. We felt that we were queen and king. The rooms are super clean and cosy. I don't even want to mention the food, so exquisite and yummy. As a couple, fed up with hotels, we found our peace in this place, a heaven on earth. I highly recommend this place, we will come back soon. Petra and Nabil

A fabulous experience. Everything about this place was perfect. Seriously, I couldn't fault it. The service, from the moment we walked in, was exemplary, as was the food. The ambience, the decor, the attention to detail was outstanding. It really made us feel as if we were in an oasis of calm, away from the cacophony of Marrakesh. The pool water was so clean, the gardens manicured, and the owner's extraordinary personalised hospitality set this riad apart. It was such a beautiful stay and I'll be going again.

A luxurious Oasis. The Ryad was exceptionally beautiful with every detail meticulously planned out. Although we were minutes away from Marrakech we felt it was hard to leave due to the amazing food and service that was available. Will definitely staybhete again inthe future.

This place is fabulous. The owner takes great care of details, and makes sure each guest has a memorable experience. Amenities are luxurious and the swimming pool is sparkling clean.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
