Nothing to complain about this hotel. From the most friendliest staff, to the beautiful onsen view, and delicious meals, this hotel really has everything to offer for someone looking to have a relaxing getaway holiday. The location of the hotel is really good, though some may find it troublesome to make a 30min walk to Motohakone, a central part of Hakone where most bus services pass by. Though you may also choose to take the bus to motohakone, doing so would require the tracking of bus timings either through the website, or through google maps.

A wonderful location by Lake Ashi! The room had a view of Mount Fuji in the morning, and then it quickly covered with clouds, but still beautiful to see. The food was exceptionally delicious. The yukatas were so fun! It’s close to the ferry. Close to shops. The only ding is that they did not clean our room every day, but no worries.

If I could give Ryuguden 25 stars, I would. Not only was our room incredibly beautiful with a stunning view of Mt. Fuji, the service was beyond any expectation I could have. My partner and I wound up stuck at a bus station in Kojiri, in the rain, without any clear plan to get back to Ryuguden. I happened to have a business card from one of the front desk workers, Jiang, and called the hotel to see if they could send us a taxi. They not only immediately offered to help, they sent a Prince Hotels shuttle to pick us up directly. I’m not sure how we would have gotten back otherwise but we certainly would have been cold and wet. I am so grateful to the staff here and the exceptional service they provide—they made the beginning of our trip to Japan extra memorable.

We were very well welcomed. The room has a direct view to the Mount Fuji! The Onsen bath is awesome with the view. I forgot to tell the restaurant that I don't eat fish and they adapt it for the next meals (breakfast and dinner), so nice from them!

We chose to stay at Ryuguden with friends for our third visit to Hakone. Everything was so perfect —— the tranquil ambience, the authentic food, the spacious rooms, the spectacular view of Mt Fuji, the ol’emperor’s favorite onsen! No words can describe how much we‘d enjoyed our stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
