Excellent Hotel choice in crazy busy Hanoi. Our room was cozy, comfortable and quiet with excellent bed, blackouts cutrains, good AC and lovely bathroom with great hot water. Location is perfect on side street but walk to everything. Kylie & Ruby were very helpful both before and during our visit with excellent communication and tips. The sky bar overlooking the lake was nice to come back to back to in the evenings. Breakfasts were also very good with plenty of options and helpful staff. We will stay here again for sure on our next visit to Hanoi.

This is the second time i have booked rooms with this hotel (previously under a different management - Lucien). I liked the location of this hotel. It is an easy walk to the lake and most cafes and eateries. The hotel and its rooms are starting to be a little bit worn out and is in need of some renovation. The doors does not shut properly at times and our room key lock completely stopped working and they were not able to fix it, allowing us to swap rooms. The staff is good and tries their best to give us a good service. Ruby messages us and allows us to asks questions. I particularly like their restaurant and I do think this is the highlight of their hotel. Breakfast was nice. They make a very nice Vietnamese ice coffee with condense milk. They also serve a free afternoon tea which was a plus. Not to mention their happy hour at the roof top bar. Overall, a good stay.

Love this spot and great walking distance from most places. The only slight inconvenience is its kinda off the main road and a few of our visitors and tour guides, couldn’t get their larger van or bus onto our street when it's busy market ours, or weekends when they closed off the 4/5 blocks around us. The food was great, the views are epic from the upper floors and sky bar. The rooms was very clean, nicely updated and comfortable

My family and I stayed here for a few days while visiting Hanoi. We chose it for its location which is really convenient to most attractions and restaurants in the Old Quarter. What blew us away was the level of service we received from the staff. From the moment we checked in with Ruby at the front desk to the moment we departed when everyone was helping us pack the taxi to the airport (which they helped book for us). They were very helpful with giving us tips for anything we needed (food and activities) and helped booked our Ha Long Bay tour, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff during the morning breakfast was friendly and willing to help with any request in such a courteous manner. Special shout-out to Ruby, Tom, Soobin (Hiep), Ryan and Hieu for being so kind and helpful to my entire family during our stay. There are others whose names escape me but they deserve high praise too. The breakfast has a lot of variety and truly the hotel is great value overall. The rooms were clean and facilities were wonderful.

The hotel was in a great location and had a beautiful rooftop bar that overlooked the lake. They had delicious food and great cocktails! Ruby made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. The room is slightly on the smaller side, but was very clean and had a very comfortable bed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
