Wow! This hotel is AMAZING! From the moment you step in you get this beautiful smell! Breakfast is good & they have tea/coffee/juice water for free in the lobby throughout the day! The rooms are gorgeous! Love the easy to use safe. Service was fantastic & loved the rooftop pool/dinner. Located in an ideal spot & right opposite is a 24/7 restaurant! The staff are so sweet! Loved the cute labels on the elevator & also the place is so well air conditioned! If you give this hotel a bad review then you’ve simply not travelled enough buddy! These guys go above & beyond to make your stay memorable! HIGHLY recommend for the price you’re paying, it’s a bargain!

A fantastic hotel located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Perfect walking distance from a number of major shopping centres as well as fantastic restaurants. Breakfast is served each morning and is often changed up. Rooms are kept clean and are in a good condition. Pool area was fantastic too. Definitely a memorable stay for all the right reasons.

The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. I slept really well. I liked the fact that they provided adequate amount of water for my 2 nights there. I also liked that they provided complimentary drinks. I think they can improve on the service at the counter as the guy did not explain to me much during check-in. It was only until I asked him about the drinks and then I learnt about this fact. On the other hand, the lady on the next day was good at guessing my intention.

I've stayed here three times, and the hotel has never disappointed. It's in a great location, the rooms are big, clean and well appointed, as are the bathrooms, with a great shower. The breakfast is very good. The top story pool and the two bars are an asset. Staff are great. The cost of staying is very competitive, and offers good value. I happily recommend K.L Journal Hotel.

The room was tidy and clean with all necessities, not overtly luxurious but decent. The pool bar had cheap cocktails and beer, and a nice ambiance. The view was okay, mostly other high-rise buildings, but that's what you get in the city. The location is weird for such a "fancy" hotel, in the middle of this run down residential area. A lot of restaurants and even a club in 5 mins walking distance.
