The rooms were clean but I think they need some upgrades. It's looking to get a bit old and i suggest that the service could be more professional as well. Overall there was not much to complain about since we came late at night and left early in the morning so we were there to sleep. If you have any business to do around Union Place, then this is one of the best options to stay.

Location, Service and Obviously the rent..If you want to get all three advantage for your Colombo tour..Thilhara should be your ultimate choice. Stuffs are very friendly too...I was there for 20 days..and my experience is excellent 👌 Thanks Thilhara 🇱🇰

I would not recommend the hotel. Yes, staff are friendly and helpful but that's were it stops. After driving many hours we were looking to having a warm shower. Standing under the shower waiting for the water to warm up, came to the realization it's not going to happen. Inquired at the desk a was told it was broken. My thinking was this should be a priority for the comfort of you guests, not here. No hot water for 3 days we stay. The rooms are not clean, mold in the bathroom. Friday night no lighting in the hallways. This place could use a good cleaning and some fresh paint.

Horrible experience the manager of the hotel was very rude the booking .com rate was 20 Dollars per day but the hotel manager asked for asked for 10 dollars extra per day if I didn't give it he said he will cancel my booking it was heavily pouring out side so I had no option to agree never going there again such people can single handedly damage a beautiful countrys reputation 😡😡

Great stay in the heart of Colombo. Close to Colombo Fort train station. Galle Face is a quick 15 minutes walk away as well Rooms have room for improvement when it comes to maintenance and cleaning.
