We stayed in Veshia hotel for two nights and found our experience wonderful. The hotel is located just across the road from old quarters and can be easily reached there just by crossing the bridge. The hotel staff was exceptionally warm, helpful and very kind. We arrived early at around 9 am for our check in at 2 pm and they allowed us free early check in. Also they gave us breakfast for that day too at no cost. After two days we had an early morning flight and they had packed a delicious breakfast for is. Also the people at front desk were knowledgeable , helped us arranged cabs etc and gave is lot of info about key places to visit. Overall i highly recommend staying here.

Probably the best hotel experience we have ever had. Extremely good price-performance ratio. Super clean rooms, the most comfortable beds in Vietnam. Top massage and pedicure. Excellent and varied breakfast. But the best thing is the team. Thank you very much Tao, Nam, Thuan and the rest for the always nice welcome and help with all concerns. We would be picked up from the airport and brought back again at a fair price. They reliably looked after our backpack for over 3 weeks during our motorcycle trip. On a hangover day they left breakfast for us and brought it to our room later. On the day of departure (5 a.m.) they even prepared a breakfast package for us with coffee, eggs, sandwiches and fresh fruit that we could take to-go 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Great hotel just outside of the old quarter (accessible via bridge just outside the hotel). Can sometimes get abit noisy since you are beside the highway but that might be a general thing about the city. Rooms are beautiful and spacious, can get abit cold during the winter season so you should ask for another blanket. The hotel staff are very very kind and attentive, they're really the first people I go to when I need anything (umbrellas, laundry, taxis, blankets, pillows, etc). And all that for a good price!

Very welcoming on arrival. staff incredibly attentive and kind. Room large, welcoming, clean and comfortable. Great choices for breakfast and staff very accommodating, when helping customers. Dining area is extremely comfortable and beautiful. I would love to offer all my love and thanks to the staff of the Veshia Hotel. one morning we had a knock at the door and when my husband answered, two lovely young ladies were standing there with a birthday cake for me. I received a beautiful birthday song as they waited for me to blow out the candle. I have to say I was absolutely blown away and humbled by the gesture. so incredibly kind, my name was even iced on to the cake. just a beautiful gesture from beautiful people. Every time we leave or enter the hotel, the staff are extremely attentive, being Scottish, we find the heat in Vietnam overwhelming at times, on one occasion when we entered the hotel, I immediately sat down as I was so hot and tired. The fabulous concierge immediately went and got me some lovely cold tea to help cool me down. The hotel is beautiful and very handy for visiting the Old Quarter. .....but what makes the Veshia Hotel and Spa so great and special, is most definitely its staff. they are exceptional in every way, and we thank them for making our stay so wonderful. I also recommend a massage at their spa. This family of three,from Scotland, Highly recommends the Veshia Hotel to all those visiting the Old Quarter of Hanoi, Vietnam. I promise you will be well looked after. Thank you to all the staff of the Veshia Hotel and all its staff, you really helped make our holiday special. Jxxx

The hotel provided us with incredible hospitality throughout our stay. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We were particularly impressed by the genuine warmth and friendliness of the hotel employees. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
