Bedding (only futon style was available) was not clean enough for the price. I got a space for 2 adults + 3 kids, and it was split across 3 smallish floors, linked by steep narrow staircase. Single WC is located at ground floor, 1F. Shower and vanity sink was on 2F. Small kitchen area, dining and living tatami also on 2F. 3F was a loft for kids play and futon. 5 of us ended up sharing the 1F futon area. The single WC (at 1F), had a tiny corner sink for handwash, its faucet was quite stiff to operate. Fridge-Freezer was a generous size. Generous sized rubbish bins at 2F. Overall, I would much prefer if everything was on a single floor.

Nice villa in quiet area within walking distance of Hakone-Yumoto centre. There were a couple of nice local restaurants 2-3 minutes walk away if you didn't want to go into town. Nice furniture and good quality equipment. Four of us were very comfortable with plenty of space.
