Extremely good value for money when booked in advance for a standard room, my one gripe would be no coffee machine in the moon. But I am a serious coffee addict so I will not mark The Warwick down for that! The beds were huge and extremely comfortable. The gym facilities were modern and clean the addition was fantastic. It was a great way to sweat out all the Belgian beers from the night before. The staff were attentive and polite, no complainants whatsoever. The highlight of the hotel was the rooftop bar. The reveal of walking along a corridor that opens to the view of the Grand Place was a fantastic experience. Really enjoyed my stay here, I would definitely consider staying here again (and perhaps checking out a higher-end room to see what it is like)

Great location, decent rooms. Horrendous service. Arrived at the hotel, gave the reception my reference number, got told I was at the wrong location. Took a cab for 20 mins to the new location, only to be told my booking was at the original location. Went back, they checked my reference number and gave me the room. No apologies were given for the inconvenience for wasting my time. These folks have been promoted to incompetence.

Great location, staff nice and friendly, nice entry and sitting rooms in the lobby, but expensive for what it is. This hotel is let down badly by the low quality of everything in the room…is the cheapest they could get away with. Very ‘tacky’ in comparison to other hotels. No decent coffee, no decent soaps, shampoos or conditioners, poor quality TV - just all cheap and it shows.

Nice hotel . Its central and its in the city center. its walking distant to the shop restaurant's . and the touristic area . the reception is very friendly. and the rooms are always clean . the roof top is nice , the view of the city is so gorges .

A wonderful hotel & a superb location. On my departure,the lovely concierge escorted me to the nearby Metro, carried my case & ensured I got on the right train...what a gentleman!.
