Terms and Conditions

1. The offer only applies to customers who have signed up on the Adani One website, mobile site, or app.
2. The offer is valid for all customers (anyone making their booking on Adani One).
3. The customer will get INR 350 as instant discount on their flight booking.
4. To avail of the offer, customer must enter the correct coupon code FLY350 in the ‘coupon code’ field, and discount will automatically be deducted from the booking amount.
5. Offer is valid till 30th April, 2023; 23:59 hours.
6. The offer applies only on flights booked through the Adani One desktop website, mobile app, and mobile site.
7. Flat discount of INR 350 is applicable on the total transaction value.
8. The offer cannot be clubbed with any other promotion or offers.
9. Discount will be calculated on per Booking ID basis and will not be processed for each passenger.
10. This offer is only valid on one-way and round-trip flight bookings.
11. There is no restriction on travel dates.
12. In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void, and the customer will not be eligible for the discount on the next booking.
13. In case of partial/full booking cancellation, Adani One will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply as per the standard cancellation policy of Adani One (as specified on the Adani One website).
14. If there is any rescheduling of flights, the customer must bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fee.
15. The customer needs to enter the appropriate deal code at the time of payment to be eligible for the discount offer. In case the customer applies the incorrect coupon code or forgets to mention the correct code, they will not be eligible for the offer benefits.
16. Adani One reserves the right to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part and to withdraw this offer any time at its sole discretion. Adani One can do so any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
17. Customers who are travel agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers with this offer. Adani One reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. Adani One shall not refund the booking amount in such cases.
18. Adani One is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
19. Adani One shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.
20. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer, Adani One reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
21. In no event shall the entire liability of Adani One under this offer exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer.
22. Adani One shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the offer.
23. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this discount.
24. These terms and conditions are in addition to adanione.com’s Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, to which you agree to by using adanione.com and in addition to the conditions applicable to booking flight/airline tickets. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this offer only.
25. By opting for this offer, every customer expressly agrees that neither Adani One nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
26. The offer is completely optional and is chosen by the customer of their own volition. Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
27. All bookings are subject to availability.
28. The product and services offered by Adani One are governed by the terms of use prescribed by Adani One on its site adanione.com and as amended from time to time.
29. Adani One reserves the right to change or withdraw the offer anytime at the sole discretion of the management. The terms and conditions of this offer are subject to change without any prior notice. Disputes are subject to New Delhi jurisdiction. Flight seats are subject to availability.
