15. ADL shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the offer.
16. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram.
