Only good thing here is the housekeepers attitude. They charge high prices with zero value at all.. there are far better options nearby such as Hilux courtyard, Bliss regency etc.. The lady at the reception is very unprofessional and has a terrible attitude. Even the owner/ manager was unpleasant. Parking space is very tight and congested. Breakfast is the worst I’ve had in any hotels ever. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Complete waste of money with bad vibes.

Rest assured, you will not get the room even after 12noon (check-in time that’s mentioned by the hotel). Utter chaos and mismanagement of reservations. I had called a day earlier stating that I will be at the hotel for checkin at 13:00 and I also got a call from the hotel to confirm my arrival but on arrival I was told that my room was assigned to an unconfirmed guest and I had to wait for a late checkout guest to get the room. Not a good experience on arrival, I was made to feel like I came here asking for free or cheap accommodation though I had made all the payment on arrival as requested by reservation desk.

The rooms are fine and that's about it This is not a hotel but more like a lodge with decent rooms. No restaurant, no services, etc. Location is in the congested area of Palakkad Railway Station. Getting to the parking lot requires negotiation through super tiny lanes. Not adequate for midsize or large vehicle.
